Wellness Days


 

Our corporate wellness programme has two categories. The first category consists of a basic health assessment and our second category consists of executive medicals which are offered through our national network of experienced occupational doctors.

  

We develop disease prevention, health promotion and wellness programmes/solutions to: 

  • identify the employees at risk of developing chronic illnesses.
  • promote health and curb the progression of the disease.
  • assist employees to control illnesses through compliance counselling.
  • aid in referrals to support groups.
  • refer chronic cases to respective medical schemes, whether these schemes are managed by Metropolitan Health Risk Management or not.
  • facilitate enrolment onto the relevant risk management programme.
  • do follow-up counselling and referral to EAP (face-to-face or online counselling).
  • provide feedback on the degree of preventable illnesses identified within the organisation.
