Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
At the AGM, the Trustees present an annual report that contains information about the Society's performance and strategy.About AGMs
AGMs are held every year to discuss finances and strategy. All members are invited to attend to gain insight into the management of the Society. Thirty members of the Society, who are physically present will form a quorum, which is required for the AGM to go ahead.
