We automatically identify members who will benefit from enrolling on the programme. This usually includes members registered for a relevant chronic condition or who are on chronic medication. Members who will benefit from the programme are then requested to complete an enrolment form and return it to us.

BP Medical Aid Society has partnered with Momentum Health, the Society's healthcare administrator, to provide our valued members with access to a Palliative Care Programme. Palliative care is specialised medical care for people living with a serious illness and is focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of their condition(s).
