The board comprises of seven members. Four of these Trustees must be elected from members, at least one of whom shall be from the list of nominees furnished by members who are Trade Union members and three are Appointed by the Employer.

The Principal Officer is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Society.

Who can join the Board?

Any active member of the Society can become a Board member, provided they were elected.

A nomination and election process occurs when a Trustee's three-year term ends and is concluded by the end of May of an election year. Communication will be sent when the next election process begins.
